Hi my name is Dutches Richards, born and raised Waimanalo, Hawai’i but currently living in Los Angeles, CA.

I grew up always being interested in an art whether it was dancing, drawing, painting and came across photography in 2011. I attended my 1st rave in Hawai’i and instantly fell in love with the community. This lead me to doing event promotions which eventually got me into club photography. I did this for about 2-3yrs in Hawai’i before I decided to move to LA in 2016. I bought my EDC ticket that year with a 1 way flight ticket.

While working 3-4 jobs since getting to LA, i’ve managed to network my way into the Music scene here in So Cal and have worked with many artists across the EDM & Hip Hop genre.

After getting to film my first EDC in 2022 and quitting my 9-5 shortly after that, that’s where I really saw my career taking off.

I’m thankful for this journey and I love that I get to create full time!
